Ingredients:
400 gr of cooked chickpeas
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 carrot
3 lettuce leaves
10 pickled cucumbers
Sesame Oil Fine Herbs GATTI
GATTI Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Peel the cucumber and wash it together with the tomato, lettuce and carrot.
We cut the ingredients approximately the size of the chickpeas.
We also add some pickles in vinegar, to give it a more acid touch.
Finely chop the onion. We mix everything well with the cooked chickpeas and the lettuce leaves.
Season with salt and pepper and dress with GATTI fine herb sesame oil and GATTI apple cider vinegar to your liking.
Serve and enjoy.
