Pork chop in honey sauce


¼ cup of GATTI Bee Honey
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. chopped bell pepper
½ tsp. Of salt
¼ tsp. Vanilla.
1 tbsp. Black pepper.
Sesame Oil Fine Herbs GATTI
4 boneless pork chops.



Mix the GATTI honey with the garlic, the black pepper.
Spread mixture over all chops.
Add the Gatti fine herb sesame oil to a frying pan and when it is hot, add the chops. Cook for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Remove the chops from the pan and place in a baking pyrex. Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
Take advantage of the juice released by the chops in the oven and place it in a sauce pan. Serve with mashed potatoes or salad.
